I can’t say definitively. I have never heard of a problem, but it would scare me to do a chest tattoo on somebody with one. I have turned down clients with pacemakers.

Generally I don’t see the artform as a competition, my goal is to make my clients tattoo dreams come true. I did conventions back when there were only two or three a year. I have a much more personal private approach these days, but you can come see me anytime you want, all my info is on the contact page.
